What Is The Pipe Rotator
pipe rotator refers to the circular weldment driven to rotate by the friction between weldment and driving roller to complete the welding of circumferential weld. The welding speed can be adjusted by the rotation speed of the driving roller on the roller frame. The roller shall always be kept on the same axis, so that the workpiece is not easy to deform and slip when rotating. There are three types of adjustable roller frames: manual screw rod adjustable, manual bolt displacement and electric sliding plate displacement. By adjusting the center distance of the roller, it is suitable for cylinders with different diameters.
