It is mainly used for pipe, containers, boilers, pressure vessels, oil tank and other cylinder's assembling, burnishing and welding.
There are two series of welding rotator, including self aligning rotator (HGZ), and conventional rotator (HGK).

The self-aligning welding rotator consists of two sets of main and auxiliary machines, namely, the active rotator and the passive rotator. Each group of the self-aligning series active and passive frame has four rollers. The rollers are made of an inner iron core and an outer polyurethane structure. Durable, no vibration during use.
The operation of the active rotator is driven by a speed-adjusting motor through two worm gearboxes synchronously, and a speed-adjusting controller is used to achieve stepless speed change. The mechanical transmission has low noise and stable rotation of the workpiece. Each group of rollers is automatically adjusted within a certain range of workpiece diameter, and the working range of each tonnage of the roller rack shall not exceed the maximum diameter.

This set of welding rotator used polyurethane wheels to increase the friction between the roller and the cylinder, so that the cylinder does not slip, and has the characteristics of wear resistance and high temperature resistance.

2. What is the difference between conventional and self-aligning?
The conventional welding rotator requires the customer to manually adjust the distance of the rollers within the effective range of the equipment. It's a bit convenient, flexible, and low price.
The self-aligning welding rotator only needs to place the cylinder on the equipment, and there is no need for manual adjustment within the effective range of the equipment, but the price is higher than conventional.
3. What is included in one set of Welding Rotator ?
One set Welding Rotator include 1 drive roller & 1 idler roller, and 1 electrical cabinet with hand remote.
4. How to adjust the base of the conventional welding rotator ?
We have bolt adjustment and screw adjustment to choose from. If there is no special requirement, it will default to bolt adjustment.
