The worktable side and the slewing mechanism are supported on the tilting shafts on both sides. The worktable rotates at the welding speed, and the tilting side is tilted at a constant speed within a range of 140° through a sector gear or a hydraulic cylinder.
The welding positioner has good stability, generally does not need to be fixed on the foundation, and it is convenient to move. Its applicable range is the turnover and displacement of 300kg to 50t workpieces, and it is often used in conjunction with welding manipulators.

1. What is the size of the faceplate?

The turning table can only rotation, and it is 1 Axis. The positioner can rotation and tilting, and it is 2 Axis. Customers can choose according to their needs.
