The fixed welding positioner is a device that makes the welding seam in a horizontal or boat-shaped position through the rotation or tilt of the worktable.
The worktable rotation adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and the worktable is driven to tilt by sector gears or hydraulic cylinders.
It can realize joint control with manipulator or welding machine.

The worktable of the fixed welding positioner has a degree of freedom of overall turning. The workpiece can be turned over to the ideal welding position for welding.
In addition, the worktable has a degree of freedom of rotation. This kind of positioner is mainly used for welding of some tubes and discs.
The worktable side and the slewing mechanism are supported on the tilting shafts on both sides. The worktable rotates at the welding speed, and the tilting side is tilted at a constant speed within a range of 140° through a sector gear or a hydraulic cylinder.
The fixed welding positioner has good stability, generally does not need to be fixed on the foundation, and it is convenient to move. Its applicable range is the turnover and displacement of 300kg to 50t workpieces, and it is often used in conjunction with welding manipulators.

1. What is the size of the faceplate?
The faceplate of the positioner can be selected according to the load capacity , or customized according to customer requirements. The faceplate has T-slots which can be used to fix the chuck.
2. What is the difference between the positioner and turning table?
The turning table can only rotation, and it is 1 Axis. The positioner can rotation and tilting, and it is 2 Axis. Customers can choose according to their needs.
