The welding rotator can be adjusted automatically according to the diameter of the cylinder, which is divided into automatic and manual. The driving force includes a worm gear with a reducer, a cycloid pin wheel deceleration, etc. or a dual motor drive.
According to different user needs, the rollers can be divided into polyurethane wheels or steel wheels.
It can be used with other devices in use. It is widely used in welding, polishing, rubber lining and equipment assembly of large workpieces, especially circular cylinders.
It can even be used with other tooling for welding and assembly of vertebral bodies and irregular rotating bodies.
